The University of Wolverhampton sought to establish a framework of suppliers for the provision of External Relations Management services. The requirement was split into three (3) lots. Bidders could apply for more than one Lot. Lot 1 - Media Buying and Creative - awarded to a single supplier. Lot 2 - Video Production Services - a framework of four (4) suppliers. Each call off Contract will be awarded via mini-competition. Lot 3 - Promotional Products - awarded to a single Supplier.
