o provide Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and it's partners with interpretation, translation and alternative formats of communication services. Rotherham require the provision of telephone interpretation in a wide variety of languages over the telephone, either for customers present in one of our offices or who are calling us from elsewhere. The interpretation will need to be of a high quality and by interpreters who have a good familiarity and understanding of local authority services.
