Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of a Programme Manager. We would be looking for The Consultant to provide a full time Programme Manager resource from 1st April to 30th September 2020 to programme manage the delivery of a transformation project called Working Patterns. Working Patterns is a significant and complex transformation for Operations which will see the introduction of demand led working patterns (together with supporting processes and systems) for all Traffic Officers and control room staff.
