Overview
Highways England (HE) is looking to set up a contract for provision of technical support on structures with substandard components as identified by HE policy BD79, Management of Substandard Structures. This task will look to take invested knowledge, any new knowledge acquired during task to seamlessly manage existing asset risks that will traverse the outgoing SPATs Framework and incoming SPECTRE Framework and provide satisfactory risk mitigation. The Consultant will also be required to work with AD10 staff, Design Services Contractor (DSC) and Safety Engineering and Standards (SES), in handing over knowledge acquired.
