Overview

UWE are looking to procure a Hard FM (Main Term Contractor) provider for its Frenchay, Glenside and City Centre campuses. The scope of the contract will include repair and maintenance of building fabric, mechanical and electrical assets in the University's residential and non-residential properties. Planned, preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance services will be required. Low value optional project and minor works are also within scope.
