Newcastle City Council 'the Authority' on behalf of Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) and our in-house building contractor, Repairs & Construction Services (RCS) require support from external construction groundwork contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first-class groundworks service for Capital projects. Work awarded under this Framework will be predominantly to support Capital Projects. To meet this need the Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement of partners.
