The Library is seeking to appoint a professional supplier to fulfil its Estates Maintenance contract. The contract covers the delivery of: • Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services (both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive) • Environmental services • Fabric maintenance services (both PPM and reactive) • Accommodation services • Associated services A detailed requirement is provided within the Specification at Part C to the Procurement Document Set, downloadable via Delta E-sourcing.
