The Technology Development and Support function of the British Library require a new way of resourcing in a flexible manner to fill the gap between the existing permanent team and the business requirements to be delivered The purpose of this Procurement is to establish a non-exclusive ad-hoc 'call-off' arrangement with a Partner that will work with the Library to ensure we have a flexible resourcing model but also offering complete services, such as, build, commission and run a service.
