The Library currently offers a number of priced services via multiple sales channels and order fulfilment systems. Customers can pay on Account (billing or deposit), by Card or by IFM (a third-party banker type function), in multiple currencies. The total number of transactions handled per year is c. 450k. In addition to standard key financial processes, to support priced services, the Library's corporate Finance System, Oracle e-Business suite (EBS), is responsible for numerous processes.
