In order to maintain a high level of access to as many of the collections as possible, the library is now seeking to appoint external suppliers skilled in the conservation treatments of library collections. Suppliers must be able to offer and maintain a high-quality, cost-effective service specifically for binding. Suppliers should note that the British Library operates a dual site in the North of England (Yorkshire) and the South (London).
