SPT, on behalf of the ZoneCard operators, is working to modernise the ZoneCard multi-modal public transport ticketing arrangement onto an ITSO smart platform. SPT is seeking to procure specialist support to develop and deliver a revenue allocation methodology based on actual journeys made using ZoneCard smart tickets. The methodology developed should make use of data from the ZoneCard ITSO HOPS and should be robust and transparent to participating operators.
