The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a delivery partner, through a concession contract, to run a Zero Emission Delivery (ZED) service. This service will support the sustainable travel goals of the Enjoy Waltham Forest Programme by providing an eco-friendly courier solution for all Council departments, suppliers, and service providers.
