The Trust Installed a new gas fired Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Unit at the rear of the main building close to the existing generators (see drawings for location) in 2008 and since that date has employed a specialist to carry out all scheduled and unscheduled servicing and maintenance requirements.<br/><br/>The current agreement shall shortly be concluding, and the Trust wish to Tender the Servicing and Maintenance Contract for 40,295 hours run (5 years at 24/7 operation).<br/><br/>It is the intention that the Contract would run for a five year duration based upon a continuation of the 24hr…
