Winter Weather Forecasting

North Somerset Council requires a road weather forecast service to aid the delivery of an effective and efficient Winter Service and Highway Maintenance function. The weather forecast is an essential source of information that informs and allows decisions to be taken in a timely and appropriate fashion to reduce hazards that may be presented to highway users.
