This tender is for the provision of Window Cleaning Services to Paradigm Housing Group Ltd. The tender is divided into two Lots. Lot 1 - Domestic Lot 2 - High Rise & Tall Buildings. The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with possible additional 3 years as “plus ones” depending on satisfactory completion of annual KPIs (2+1+1+1 = 5 max)
