The purpose of this tender is to procure a Contractor to demolish 44, 45, 48, 49 and 50, 51 Whickham Street, which is located in Roker, Sunderland. Gentoo are currently arranging for all service disconnections, and these will be completed prior to the Contractor starting on site. There will also be a requirement for the demolition Contractor to remove all identified Asbestos Containing Materials.
