OCC is looking to procure a Bespoke domain based weather forecasting service to enable OCC Duty officers to make informed decisions relating to the winter treatment of roads. The product also requires the ability to record and recall forecast and decision information for a period of 6 yrs +. The system is also required to be able from Duty officers to document any out of hours emergency calls throughout the year.
