Water Matters (2020)

Water Matters is a tracking survey of household customer views on their water and sewerage services. Therefore, the survey, methodology and analysis must be consistent with previous years to support robust trend analysis. In bidding for this contract, suppliers must be certain they can replicate the previous methodology in all respects. This must be a telephone survey of household water bill payers in England and in Wales.
