Water Management

The service provider shall employ, on this Contract Agreement, employees fully trained and of sufficient breadth of experience to cope with the level of expertise which will be required in the managing of Legionella/water treatment services for the Authority. The service provider shall only provide directly employed staff to execute the work and shall not sub-contract the works, nor use staff provided by third parties, without the approval of the employer's representative.
