Waste Services & Street Cleansing Provision

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a contractor to deliver both Waste Collection Services and Street Cleansing Services. The Waste Collection element is in respect of domestic waste collections from its 47,000 residential dwellings situated within the City Boundary. Waste is collected either alternate weekly (residual / recycling) or, for around a third of the city, weekly residual and fortnightly recycling.
