The Supplier shall deliver: - a short report on the differences between the project finance model under DPC and the BAU counterfactual that has been constructed - a sense check on the approach to sensitivity analysis to gain confidence whether on balance DPC is likely to offer vfm. - an assessment of the theoretical differences in risk profiles and why you might as a customer pay a higher cost under BAU.
