On behalf of Smart Motorways Alliance (Costain Ltd, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, BMJV, Flour Ltd, Jacobs, WSP Ltd) we require Vehicle Recovery providers to be appointed into our Smart Motorways Alliance. The Alliance will require providers to select a priority area for works North, Midlands, South. Providers will be appointed to one of those areas.
