Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a framework on behalf of its Members for the provision of services related to; Security of vacant properties by means of installation, maintenance and monitoring to prevent unauthorised access and to reduce the risk of vandalism, squatting and theft.
