Charnwood Borough Council has begun work on a new Local Plan which will cover the period 2011 to 2036. The Council wishes to understand the capacity within the urban areas of the Borough for housing development. The Study will be used to inform the new plan, assist in identifying sites and the amount of greenfield land that may be needed to meet the Borough's housing requirements to 2036.
