Unitas Stoke-on-Trent intends to establish a framework of suitably qualified contractors to install replacement central heating systems or boiler only replacements within Stoke-on-Trent City Council's social housing stock. A maximum of 4 contractors will be appointed. This framework is a Qualifying Long-Term Agreement and is therefore subject to Section 20 Consultation Requirements.
