There was a formal support contract in place, but this has been a rolling contract arrangement on a month by month basis since Summer 2016. With NMRO becoming part of RD, some operational activity has been transferred to the BEIS Evolve platform, so the month by month arrangement reflected this as some levels of support reduced or were no longer needed.
