TRG have a requirement to procure a solution for minor/ad hocs works across numerous trades and regions. There has been several occasions where urgent works (rising from a complaint) are needed and we do not have time for a full tender process, resulting in direct awards and creating new supplier. Procurement have identified this need and are working with group wide stakeholders to identify the problem areas and regions to create a ?contractor works? framework.
