Transport Evaluation Support for Trials (TEST)

The Authority wishes to appoint a Supplier to manage and deliver the TEST programme, under the direction of the Authority's officials. There are five components to this requirement: programme management, the idea process, the proposal process, the trial process and the Dissemination process. The primary purpose of the programme is to collect robust evidence about the impact of transport innovations to guide future decisions.
