All Highways restrictions are brought into effect through a legal process resulting in a Traffic Regulations Order (TRO). These Orders can describe the extent of a restriction in text or set them out in a “mapped” schedule as part of the paper Order. A GIS digital mapping solution is needed to produce these printed maps and digital copies which are routinely provided in response to a public request.…
