Town Hall Data Centre Plant Refresh

This contract is to install new air conditioning, with new management and alerting including smoke detection for the Darlington Town Hall datacentre. The existing cooling equipment was installed in 2010 and is working beyond it's supported service life. Although there is redundancy in the existing cooling, some of the chiller units are permanently out of commission and other are regularly suffering faults.
