Total Facilities Management

The provision of a total facilities management service for National Highways buildings across all regions in England. The service is expected to commence in late 2026 and last for up to 7 years. The initial contract will support an estimated 42 buildings but include provision to support additional buildings as National Highways rationalises separate facilities management arrangements into a single service. The number of buildings to be added to the contract is to be determined but is currently estimated at 118, to make an estimated total by the end of the contract of around 160.
