Time to Change Hub Co-ordination Function

National campaigning organisation Time to Change has approved Buckinghamshire's application to set up an Organic Hub. Organic Hubs are supported by Time to Change with training and materials, but not with funding. Funding for the Buckinghamshire Hub is from Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC). Time to Change specify that a local organisation must deliver a Hub Coordination Function. As the funding organisation BCC is therefore wishing to commission this Coordination function from a local organisation. The specification outlines the detail of this work as requested by BCC.
