Timber Despatch Portal & Mobile Services

Natural Resources Wales is approaching organisations with a view to awarding a contract for the provision of an external portal and various mobile telephone services to support Despatch of Timber from NRW’s forest estate. These include the PIN Approval service for timber dispatches matched against customers and product stock lines, and Vehicle Check systems. Services may require the secure transfer of data to and from NRW systems, a web portal and interactive voice or text based services, together with automated notification to system users by SMS and email.
