Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out (1) Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) on a range of properties managed by Thirteen Group in accordance with its legal obligations as a Landlord. The EICR is to ensure the condition of the electrics comply with the current British Standard for electrical safety (BS7671).
