The Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI) Service Programme

The procurement activity will enable a range of support to be delivered to vulnerable people rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping, at no cost to the council and will include the following lots: • Lot 1 First Step from The Street - This is anticipated to be a two-site solution offering a minimum of 41 bed spaces for rough sleepers and those at immediate risk of rough sleeping. This solution represents a critical part of the pathway of services for rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping by providing an immediate 'from the street' offer.
