The requirements are summarised as follows: A suite of guidance, tools and training materials. A suite of online guidance; e-learning materials; case studies, podcasts and videos. Workshops, presentations and webinars that include significant route-specific elements. Direct 'hands-on' support. We envisage introducing tiered support for employers.
