Thames Barrier High Voltage Non-Destructive Testing

Description of Proposed Works: 1) Supply Partial Discharge (PD) equipment (Precise PD and PD Tester) 2) To undertake PD test on the whole Thames Barrier High Voltage Network, 3) Provide asset condition reports supported by data. Reports to provide a baseline against future testing. 4) Provide recommendations on HV maintenance to ensure integrity and robustness of the whole system. 5) To arrange PD training to EA Electrical Technicians to enable future testing to be undertaken in-house. 6) To provide on-line technical support and advice on test results achieved from in-house testing.
