TfGM eCycle Loan Scheme Delivery

TfGM is looking to establish a contract for an e-Cycle Loan Scheme Delivery Partner. This scheme will complement other behaviour change programmes and initiatives being developed and delivered by TfGM as part of our Active Travel Mission, aimed at encouraging and enabling more walking, wheeling and cycling trips.
