Stoke-on-Trent City Council is inviting bids for the Term Contract for Carriageway Re-surfacing which will be used by the Technical Services Division, who will predominantly undertake individual carriageway resurfacing schemes. However, on occasion it will also be used for other highway improvement schemes.
