Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council wish to appoint a framework of providers for the provision of Advocacy Services across the Tees Valley area on an individual case-by-case basis co-ordinated by the Referrer/Hub.
