The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to procure a technical advisor to carry out 2D hydrodynamic and wave modelling of three potential tidal range energy schemes (coastal lagoon, offshore lagoon and barrage) in the Mersey and Liverpool Bay region.
