Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply & delivery of various types of material used in highway Construction and maintenance. The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.
