Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework for Highways Resource Support This framework entails the delivery of services for the provision of skilled and semi-skilled labour to complement existing workforces, sometimes at short notice, for completion of projects under the supervision of the employer's workforce The initial Framework period is 2 Years; the Framework is estimated to commence 01st April 2023 and expire 31st March 2025.
