Manchester City Council's Parking Service wishes to appoint a single Service Provider to provide and manage on street parking enforcement in Manchester, including the enforcement and clamping of untaxed vehicles and vehicle removal and/or relocation. The Service Provider will also be responsible for the enforcement of a number of Off-Street carparks, managed by Manchester City Council.
