The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) received tenders for Voluntary Sector Infrastructure Support which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Bolton has a large and diverse Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) which adds huge value to the borough’s quality of life and that of its residents.
