The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Client”) is prepared to receive tenders for TC005 – Highways Construction Framework 2024 - 2028 which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The term of this Framework will be for four (4) years. It is intended for this Framework to commence on 1st October 2024. Terms used in these Instructions shall be deemed to have the meaning afforded to them under the NEC4 suite of documents, unless otherwise indicated.
