The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive Request to Participate proposals for Framework of Highway Works which will be subject to the information, specification and Request to Participate package enclosed. The term of the Framework Agreement will be for 4 years. The Framework Agreement will commence on 1 February 2020.
