Targeted Youth Support Service

To provide targeted early help for children and young people aged 13 - 19 (up to 25 with SEND) who have additional or complex needs in order to improve their outcomes and reduce inequalities by: - helping young people overcome barriers in order to fully engage in education, employment or training meeting statutory duties as specified in the description of service, - providing support and interventions that will engage and challenge vulnerable young people to help them develop their resilience and make a positive difference to their lives and to their communities.
