A single contractor will be appointed to deliver a managed network service to our student residential accommodation, at our Colchester and Southend Campuses in Essex, delivering high speed internet access. The system must provide both cabled and Wi-Fi internet service provision to every study bedroom at two campuses, Colchester (2686 rooms) and Southend (562 rooms), relevant to the occupancy of the room, and Wi-Fi provision in all study bedrooms and common spaces of each accommodation building.
