The Authority’s requirement is for one (1) modular portable/moveable audio visual display screen to be approximately 12m² (twelve square metres) in size to be accommodated within a purpose made trailer for the easy transportation between sites and to provide a secure self contained enclosed unit during times of storage. The display screen is to be accompanied by a 12K outdoor PA system to project a sound up to a 1000 (one thousand) audience.
